Q1. Who is Maynard?
A1. We are all Maynard! This clan was built from the ground up by adult members from around the world. Our mission is simple, to create a friendly environment that makes members want to help each other and improve. If you are self interested by nature and only care about yourself, this clan is not for you.
Q2. Is this a war clan, or a social clan?
A2. We have multiple clans in our system. Our main clan is working towards being a “serious” war clan. With that said, our clans provide friendly enviornments that help members get better at war. We focus more on effort, teachability, and learning, than on actual war outcomes (although we do try to win as much as possible). We strive to have a chill social environment, and do not tolerate mean or toxic personalities.
Q3. When do we start the wars?
A3. We typically start war searches between 6:00PM and 9:00PM eastern standard time (EST). We start the next war shortly after the previous war concludes and strive to get in 9 to 10 Clan Wars each month.
Q4. Which base should I attack? My mirror? The “suggested target”?
A4. Disregard the “suggested target” given to you by the game — we attack our mirror with the first attack. A note will be placed on opponent’s bases for second attack with your name on it. In the absence of a note, please drop closest from mirror for best stars.
Clan leaders may ask some members to do scout attacks to reveal traps and clan castle troops to help another attacker get the 3 stars.
Q5. When should I attack in war?
A5. Attack as soon as possible! Our goal is to have all members use their first attack on their mirrors so Co-Leaders can add notes for clean-up.
Q6. Should I opt out if my heroes are down?
A6. Yes, you must opt out of war in Maynard’s Realm if you are upgrading a hero. Members in Maynard’s Realm may go to another clan in our system to war in Clan Wars when heroes are upgrading.
Q7. Am I required to participate in Clan Games?
A7. No, participation in Clan Games is not mandatory here, we will reach 50,000 without a problem. However, if you do successfully complete at least one challenge you must reach at least 999+ points.
